Hollandaise Crab Leg Dip
A great crab leg dip recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS:

* 2 Egg Yolks
* 2 Tablespoons-Cream
* 2 Tablespoons-Lemon Juice
* 2-3 Dashes-Cayenne Pepper
* 2 Dashes-Salt
* 1/2 Stick-Butter (1/2 Cup)

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients in medium sized sauce pan.
Stir constantly and bring mixture to just before a boil.
Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly till thickened.
The crab leg dip recipe is ready to serve hot....enjoy the crab leg !
